Terms and Conditions of MartMay
These terms and conditions govern your use of MartMay and the services offered. By using MartMay, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website and its services.
1. Use of MartMay
You agree to use MartMay in a lawful and responsible manner. You agree not to use MartMay to:
- Post or transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, profane, or otherwise objectionable material.
- Interfere with or disrupt MartMay or the servers or networks connected to MartMay.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
2. Disclaimers and Warranties
All products on MartMay are not produced or managed by MartMay. Instead, MartMay is a platform to link manufacturers and vendors to their respective customers. Therefore, warranties and guarantees are managed by vendors and manufacturers.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MartMay shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of MartMay, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and your use of MartMay shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ghana.
5. Changes to the Terms
MartMay reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on MartMay. Your continued use of MartMay following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
6. Terms of Sale
Payment Methods: MartMay supports multiple payment methods including mobile money (MoMo), card payments, and cash on delivery. We are actively working to incorporate additional payment options.
Currency: All transactions are in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS).
Pricing: All prices are set directly by vendors or manufacturers and are not influenced by MartMay.
Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, the customer receives an order acknowledgment and each vendor whose product was ordered will reach out as soon as possible.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery Charge: MartMay provides a convenient delivery charge to customers for each vendor they purchased from. The charge is calculated based on the distance and weight of the products.
Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on your location and the vendor's processing time.
